Racing
After the tragic motorbike accident in 2013 that resulted in Graham Turnbull sadly loosing his life. Family, friends and the staff at Autominster got together and converted one of Graham’s old motorbikes (1989 Yamaha FZ 750) into a race bike to be entered into the Classic TT at Isle Of Mann in 2014 as a tribute to Graham for his love of the sport and the island.
The bike was entered under the team name "Graham Turnbull Yamaha Racing" and was superbly rode around the famous mountain course by David Bell coming 7th in its class and 14th overall against some fierce competition. It was a fantastic experience and an emotional roller coaster for all involved. Some of the racing pictures from the TT can be seem below.
Following David Bell's amazing performance and success the team are once again setting the FZ750 loose on the track with David Bell taking reins once again for 2015. After a few upgrades this year the team hope the Yamaha will be entered into as many race meeting as possible hopefully starting in April at Olivers Mount Scarborough and will once again be taking on the mountain course in the Classic TT 2015.
